Two pick-up locations
With the weather changing, order pick-up will need to be a bit more streamlined, and F2M wants to make it easy on you!
Starting October 29, your order will be available for pick up from 3:30-4:15 at Big Bear High School in the parking lot, and from 4:30 to 5:15 at Big Bear Middle School rear parking area off of Georgia.
Your feedback is helpful in making these changes, so let me know if these times and locations are better for you!
With winter weather and a currently low order volume, deliveries might go back to every other week soon, so watch the F2M website for updates. Send me your email address to be added to the email list for the most current information.
Orders are due Sundays at 6 PM at Farm2Mountain.com.
CSA Boxes are an outstanding value!
If you’re wanting some variety in your veggies, try a CSA Box this week. The items are specially selected by the farmer himself and you get a better value per pound. Many of the items in the box will last a week or more, so as F2M goes to bi-monthly seasonal delivery, the CSA Box will last you from order to order.
Asian Pears are in season
While many produce items are grown in the hothouses and are available year-round, certain outdoors-grown items have shorter seasons so you have to catch them while you can. Right now, Asian Pears are ripe and wonderful, but they won’t be available for much longer. On the right side of the website, there are links to a variety of helpful items, including a calendar to see what is in season during different parts of the year and where items are grown (hothouse or outdoors). https://farm2mountain.com/calendar-of-seasonal-produce/
