All produce is organically grown and comes from local, family-owned and operated farms in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Produce is hand-picked when it’s ripe and ready for eating. Typically, food is picked on Monday and arrives Tuesday. This delicious food is available year-round.

You will also find this guide helpful for showing how certain foods are grown throughout the year in order to give us more consistent availability. For example, strawberries and lettuce are shade-house grown in the summer, and foods like tomatoes and peppers are grown in a green house during the winter months.
